Welcome to Nurvia.
Nurvia is a brand operated by CoreFlow Solutions LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “Nurvia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CoreFlow Solutions LLC doing business as Nurvia.
Nurvia operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services and your purchases from Nurvia.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their appearance, features, colors, and other characteristics. However, the appearance of products may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
We may modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information when reasonably necessary. We may also discontinue products at our discretion.
Certain products may be available only in limited quantities and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process the applicable payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after processing has begun.
If we cancel or materially change an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund owed to the original payment method.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly agreed.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be presented during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, and account information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
When a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem, please contact us at support@nurviagrow.com so we can assist in determining the appropriate next steps.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content—including trademarks, trade names, logos, product designs, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, videos, audio, page design, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to CoreFlow Solutions LLC, doing business as Nurvia, or their respective licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nurvia names, logos, designs, product names, slogans, and other brand identifiers may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law.
Your use of the Services does not transfer to you any ownership interest in our intellectual property.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, integrations, or services offered by third parties that we do not control.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, such tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Your use of third-party tools may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features, tools, or resources associated with the Services.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, services, or resources operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, policies, products, or practices of third-party websites or services. Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made from our store are transactions with Nurvia, operated by CoreFlow Solutions LLC, rather than with Shopify, except where a separate Shopify consumer service expressly provides otherwise.
Certain Shopify consumer services, such as Shop or Shop Pay, may be governed by separate terms between the customer and Shopify. Shopify confirms that its consumer-facing services can involve a direct relationship between Shopify and the customer.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable provider policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments, photographs, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you represent that you have the right to provide that Feedback.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use Feedback for legitimate business purposes, including operating, improving, and promoting Nurvia and our products.
You may not submit Feedback that is unlawful, knowingly false or misleading, infringing, abusive, or malicious.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update inaccurate information and, where permitted by applicable law, cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

You may not use the Services to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights; distribute malicious code; engage in fraud, phishing, scraping intended to circumvent access controls, or other harmful conduct; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; impersonate another person; or collect personal information unlawfully.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.
SECTION 14 – AUTOMATED AGENTS
Automated or semi-automated software accessing the Services must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and reasonable technical restrictions imposed by us or our service providers.
Automated systems may not conceal their automated nature where identification is reasonably required, circumvent CAPTCHAs or security measures, evade access restrictions, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
We may limit or block automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our customers, or our business.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including following a material violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights that accrued before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions—will continue to apply.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except where we expressly state otherwise.
We do not warrant that access to the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreFlow Solutions LLC, doing business as Nurvia, and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreFlow Solutions LLC, doing business as Nurvia, and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another party’s rights.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law or severed as necessary, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services, subject to any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular product, promotion, or service.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate business reorganization, sale, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and transactions governed by them will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Florida’s UCC expressly recognizes that parties to qualifying transactions bearing a reasonable relationship to Florida may agree that Florida law governs their rights and duties, subject to statutory exceptions.

Your continued use of the Services following an effective change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
